Payments Compliance and Due Diligence Policy

IMPROX MEDIA LLP ensures strict compliance with payment protocols and due diligence measures.
Invoices must be cleared within the stipulated time frame to avoid service disruptions.
Grace periods of 5 days are granted; thereafter, late fees apply (INR 50/day for the first 5 days, INR 100/day beyond 5 days).
We also verify client credentials and payment methods to prevent fraud.
Our payment gateways are secure and comply with international transaction standards.
This policy helps ensure smooth financial operations and mutual accountability.

  1. Payment Methods and Compliance:
    • IMPROX MEDIA accepts payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other authorized online payment systems.
    • Payments are to be made in full and on time as per the agreed schedule in the service contract.
  1. Auto-Payment and E-Mandate Setup:
    • For clients utilizing our services for more than 3-5 months, IMPROX MEDIA reserves the right to recommend setting up auto-payments and E-Mandate systems to streamline transactions and avoid delays.
    • If a client has a history of repeated late payments or due delinquency, IMPROX MEDIA may mandate the setup of auto-payment and E-Mandate systems as a compliance requirement.
  1. Consequences of Non-Compliance:
    • Failure to comply with mandatory auto-payment or E-Mandate setup requirements may result in service suspension until the payment method is updated.
    • A late fee may apply for overdue payments, as outlined in the service agreement.

    • Any payment disputes must be communicated in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
